Sílvia Malheiro co-founded Reis Malheiro & Associados in 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience built first as a partner at Miguel Reis & Associados. A graduate of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with a post-graduation in Commercial Law from Universidade Católica, her practice is shaped by a consistent focus on what matters most to clients: protecting assets, resolving disputes, and bringing complex situations to a clear conclusion.
Sílvia’s contentious practice covers litigation across commercial, corporate and real estate matters, insolvency, and credit recovery — with a particular reputation for navigating multi-party disputes with clarity and efficiency.
Beyond the courtroom, she advises on corporate matters, real estate transactions, and registries, and has developed a strong practice in family and succession law — assisting both Portuguese families and international clients with estate regularisation, inheritance proceedings, and asset partition, frequently in cross-border contexts.
